Poor functionalities & doesnt reconize all upnp or dlna devises ... Dont your monté

This app is good in that it discovered my dlna server instantly, and played videos smoothly and with no complaints. Theres also a switch to choose audio language if the video embed several languages. BUT : there are absolutely no options (you cant setup anything), none of my subtitles (videos on a NAS with dlna) were recognized although the switch to turn them on (on per video basis!) exist (!), and the app is portrait only (not very convenient for a video player, which people usually watch in landscape). Good start, but need some polishing and adjustments... Should not be 5 euros though, looking at the state of the app. I hope the devs will do their best to make this a killer app!

Pretty pointless if a media player doesnt run in the background and/or at least provide a setting to block the device from sleeping. Wish I could get my money back on this one.

ArkMC is the result of a simple idea becoming a reality - a one of a kind application. Personally, Ive used it to stream photos, videos, music, and even podcasts onto my Xbox 360 device from my iPhone as well as from my Windows Media Library on my computer. Straightforward, yet intuitive. The control of your media is incredible - it feels like your very own universal-media remote! With the endless possibilities, Im always finding new and exciting actions I can take within the ArkMC app. Overall, a top notch app, very high calibre when it comes to streaming media, and worth telling your friends & family about!

It will not play any videos you may have purchased from iTunes on either Iphone or Ipad. Also when you view photos you must open one at a time cannot play slide show ....pretty useless I say therefore dont upgrade to Pro version for $4.99 because it does not deliver. Developer shame on you for selling a product that does not do what you say it is designed to do. I hope lots of potential customers read my review and take my advice ....save their money!!

This is what Ive been looking for and it does a great job! The App allows you to watch movies from DLNA/UPnP NAS/Servers, and stream ALL content from iPhone/iPad to DLNA TV, media players, etc. REMEMBER... that its possible to stream music bought on iTunes to any DLNA TV or player, but movies from iTunes are prohibited to stream due to Apple rules. Worth every penny, I wasted money on apps that are full bugs this one is solid.

Great job at browsing my DLNA servers and playing stuff back. Sometimes app crashes randomly but overall very good. Should be cheaper than 5$ though. Competitor imediashare has more bugs with DLNA browsing

Save your money, app continues to crash on the iPad.

This is the best app for DLNA server, i create a server on my pc with XBMC and control it with this app to send a movie to my samsung tv, i can even control my tv volume with this app. Good job for this app.

This is a good app if you want to stream movie saved to your network on to your phone or iPad but if you want to play those movie files onto Apple TV only audio goes to tv and video remains on the phone or iPad. Unless Im doing something wrong, this is a definite flaw.

I dont know why, but all of a sudden airplay only pushes audio to Apple TV. And when it was pushing video, the video would stop if your phone goes to sleep ! You get two stars because the performance streaming to the phone is much better than the rest.

Just wish it saved its state when you switch apps. Also the ability to set favourite folders to make it faster to navigate would by amazing.

Just needed it to play my movies in the tv but it doesnt

Does not take a lot of battery and its compatible with a lot of devices. It is the only DLNA/UPnP application to stream all your videos from iPhone / iPad to HD TV, MAC, PC, AllShare TV, Xbox360, PS3 or any other screen. I love it, it is a must have app.
